Black Bean Spaghetti with Quick Tomato Sauce (Balanced)

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

  2. Saute chopped olives, sliced garlic, and chili flakes in oil for 3 minutes.

  3. Add chopped tomatoes, and increase heat to high, cooking until tomatoes breakdown and begin to bubble, about 6 minutes. Then addoregano, season with salt and pepper.

  4. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.

  5. Serve pasta in a bowl topped with tomato sauce.

  • 3 oz Black bean spaghetti pasta dry uncooked

  • 3 medium whole Tomatoes

  • 0.75 oz Kalamata olives

  • 1 tbsp Olives black canned small to extra large 

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

  • 1 clove Garlic raw

  • 1 tsp, leaves Oregano

  • 1/2 tsp Chili flakes or crushed red pepper spice
