Black Bean Spaghetti with Quick Tomato Sauce (Balanced)

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Saute chopped olives, sliced garlic, and chili flakes in oil for 3 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes, and increase heat to high, cooking until tomatoes breakdown and begin to bubble, about 6 minutes. Then addoregano, season with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Serve pasta in a bowl topped with tomato sauce.
3 oz Black bean spaghetti pasta dry uncooked
3 medium whole Tomatoes
0.75 oz Kalamata olives
1 tbsp Olives black canned small to extra large
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 clove Garlic raw
1 tsp, leaves Oregano
1/2 tsp Chili flakes or crushed red pepper spice
