Linda is the best fitness coach I’ve had. She makes sure every workout is challenging, creative, and enjoyable. I love that she offers a diverse amount of workouts. She always makes sure we are doing the moves correctly, so that we don’t hurt ourselves. She pushes us beyond our limits. I feel stronger and healthier after joining her workout program.

My experience with Linda has been excellent. She motivates me and pushes me each and everyday. I can tell that she truly cares about my progress with her frequent check ins and helpful tips along this journey. She has helped me work on my strength, endurance, and overall core balance. Linda's workouts are great for families, couples, and/or individual workouts. Linda is a motivational and educational coach & instructor. She does a great job at monitoring & correcting your form to reduce chances of injury, she coaches you on proper breathing technique all while keeping you motivated and pushing you throughout the workouts. Linda has your best interest at heart to ensure you get the most out of each workout in order to better yourself. Linda’s Fit Camp has been a great experience and I highly recommend you take advantage of her knowledge & classes.
Before working out with Linda I never lifted weights. But she introduced weights into my workout routine in a way that was fun and has made me so much stronger than I ever thought I could be! Working out with Linda has made my body and mind healthier.

Linda is by far one of the most energetic and ranged coaches I've been with. Throughout her rigorous lower or upper body workouts to core building to yoga, she is consistent and aiming to make you only better. The back pain I had for years have finally subsided and it is thanks to her!
For those who know me, I'm extremely lazy when it comes to working out. However, since joining Linda's Fitness Camp, working out with Linda has been an amazing experience.
