Directions
Add all the ingredients, except milk and spinach, into the blender and blend at high speed until the frozen fruit is pebble size.
Add all spinach or kale then add about 1/4 cup of milk at a time and blend, making sure to stop and scrape down the sides each time you add more milk. You want to slowly add the milk so the smoothie does not become too runny. You want a thick consistency. I only used about a 1/2 cup of milk.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with favorite toppings.
Serve and enjoy!

1/2 cup frozen raspberries and blueberries mixed
1 cup Spinach or kale.
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
1/2 oz cup milk of choice (I like Almond milk)
1 Scoop of protein (optional)
Chia
Extra berries, kiwi, and banana slices for topping
Unsweetened coconut flakes for topping
