Level Up Oats


1. Combine the first 5 ingredients into a small saucepan and turn heat to medium/high.

2. Bring to a boil. Then, turn heat down to low/medium and continually stir for around 3-5 minutes as the oatmeal cooks and thickens.

4. Once oatmeal is at desired consistency, remove from heat into a plate and mix it with the butter.
5. Place all the toppings and enjoy!


  • 1 cup rolled oats (I like steel cut oats) 

  • 2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • pinch of salt

  • ½ Teaspoon almond butter or peanut butter

  • Strawberries

  • Blueberries 

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1 scoop of protein (Optional)
