Protein Pancakes

Directions

  1. Bring the first 7 ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth natter forms.

  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet, lightly coated with spray, over medium-low heat.

  3. Add ¼ cup batter for each pancake; cook for 3 minutes on each side or until brown.

  4. Serve into a plate and Distribute the mix berries.

  5. Drizzle maple syrup and sprinkle hemp Hearts.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Milk (I like almond milk) 

  • 1 Banana

  • 2 Eggs

  • ¼ Baking Powder

  • ⅛ Cinnamon 

  • 1 Pinch of salt

  • 1 scoop protein (optional) 

  • 1 cup Mix berries

  • Maple Syrup

  • Hemp Hearts (ptional)
